Ecclesiastes 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
Revelations 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God [is] with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, [and be] their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Like the four seasons of the year, our life has different seasons. There's spring, summer, autumn, and winter. In autumn the leaves begin to fall off the trees and plants begin to die. Then, winter sets in and it's so cold and things look like they'll never come back to life. But before you know it here comes lovely spring and things begin to thaw and new life springs forth. After spring, there's summer and things are thriving. Beautiful blooms and warm, sunshiny days are what it has to offer. Then it starts all over again. In our lives we may have to say goodbye to a loved one, but it's only for a short time.It's hard because we miss them, and we may not understand why they've passed on. But we can be comforted by knowing that God knows what He's doing and has all the answers. And we don't have to know why, but trust that everything works out to our good. We will see them once again in heaven, if we make heaven our home.
Then they are births,and it's so sweet to see a brand new little life. To think about how they have their whole life ahead of them. How they will encounter all kinds of firsts. :)
Seasons of life, Stevie
